LBG annual events
Maifest
Maifest is hosted each year by an LBG member. The event marks National Homebrew Day (May 7) and is recognized the first Saturday in May.
Brewfest
Brewfest is the LBG’s signature event for members and their family and friends. The event, held each September at Clinton Lake, combines great beer, music and food.
Holiday Party
Each December, LBG members gather to celebrate the holiday season with beer, a meal and beer gift exchange.
Monthly Hoppy Hours
Each month, the LBG hosts a Hoppy Hour at a Lawrence brewery, bar or restaurant. Watch the calendar of events for locations. Hoppy Hours are open to LBG members and friends and those interested in joining the club, homebrewing and craft beer.
LBG-related annual events
Pints for Pets
Pints for Pets, hosted by members Clint and Xan Wedel, is held each spring to raise money for the Lawrence Humane Society.
