SUMMARY:Trailer Clean Out + Inventory
DESCRIPTION:We’ll be doing a couple hours of trailer organization\, clean up and counting consumables to prepare for Brewfest XXX. This will take place the night of our regularly scheduled meeting\, as the Baker Wetlands Discovery Center was already booked. This event will be dependent on weather. If it is thunder storming or has recently rained a lot\, we will have to postpone. \nWhen: Thursday\, Aug. 13\nTime: 6:30-8:30 p.m. (Sunset this evening is 8:13p for Lawrence)\nWhere: Andy Booth’s House (message for address)\nOther details: Bring yourself\, a flashlight (and optionally some more beers!) and willingness to help us out for a couple hours! Ryan will bring a trash can\, shopping lists\, and some beer to share. If you’ve got some interesting brews to share\, bring them! \nIf you can’t join right at 6:30 p.m.\, don’t fret\, just join us when you can. Every hand lightens the load. \nNote: We’ll have our regular monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday\, Aug. 27\, at the Baker University Wetlands Discovery Center\, 1365 N. 1250 Road\, Lawrence.
