DESCRIPTION:To celebrate the one-year anniversary of Servaes Brewing Co. and the 25-year anniversary of the Lawrence Brewers Guild\, we invite you to a collaborative brew day at Servaes! \nThe brew day will be at 10921 Johnson Drive in downtown Shawnee. All LBG paid members are welcome to attend. We’ll be brewing an imperial stout. A portion of the beer will be on tap the weekend of Servaes’ first anniversary in late April. The rest of the beer will be aged in a barrel and served at the Dwight Burnham Memorial Brewfest XXV on Saturday\, Sept. 26. \nThose who participate at the brew day can give input on the recipe\, how the beer is adjuncted\, the type of barrel it’s aged in\, etc.
