I will spare you the details, but I screwed up a step in brewing a batch today.
I think I can fix the problem if I can get ahold of a 7 - 10 gallon fermentation vessel.
I would need it for two to three weeks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

of all the beers i tasted at the brewfest (unfortunately, it wasn't all of them)
this beer, and there were MANY great ones, left the most lasting impression.

6 cases of 22 oz. bomber bottles

all i can say is - good!
if you don't like it then there's more for me,
'cause i like it a lot.

(although, it's not as good this year
because they changed the recipe.)

i know i sang their praises awhile back,
but the last couple of visits have left me less than thrilled.

now since this is a brew post, i will say that the beer
is still worthy of a visit. diverse selections and solid execution.
definitly check it out if you have not.
they make good beer.

and i didnt even study.

since i just got done trashing schlaflys (and rightly so),
i thought it appropriate to balance all the negativity.

on the way to and from st. louis, we stopped in columbia, mo
and enjoyed the jewel of columbia - the flat branch.

had dinner on the way there. lunch on the way back.

great outdoor ...

i just got back from a long weekend in st. louis with the family.

was looking forward to going to the tap room. we were staying downtown, so it was convienent, as opposed to the bottleworks.

i will spare you the details - plus i dont want to waste any more
of my time than i have to talking about ...

due to work and family.
probably why my life feels incomplete.

and yes, i will be attending the opening
in nyc. they are always a good time.

i should ad that i am not biased about ab.
they do what they do to appeal to the largest market.
however, with all their money and abilities,
it would be nice if they threw a bone to the rest of us.

then again, if they wanted to, they could probably
put out some kick ass micro style brews only to ...
