Any suggestions for pubs to try?
My family and I are planning a trip to Yellowstone later this summer. Any suggestions on brew pubs to try on the trip? We plan to go through Denver to Cheyenne and then up to the Jackson Hole area. On the trip back we will try to make it through Rapid City, SD to see Crazy Horse as well as Mt Rushmo...

Re: Home Made Stir Plate
I just wanted to mention that I really appreciate the knowledge and experience that has been shared recently on the site! (i.e stir plate, yeast, rig build, etc.)
It is one of the main reasons I joined the club and continue to stay in it.
Thanks!

Water/Mash adjustments?
Hello,
I am interested to hear from others on what adjustments, if any, they make to their water in the brewing process.
I have read of some making adjustments to the water before the dough in and then others that note they adjust the PH during the mash.

Re: For Sale - Starsan
Sorry I have not got back to you Rob. I am going to pass right now. Things are busy right now and I have had to push the brewing to the back burner right now. I will let you know when I am able to get back into it.

Re: flat branch pub and brewing, columbia, mo
I am happy to confirm that the Flatbranch pub and brewery in Columbia, MO is everything that has previously been touted and would strongly suggest it to others to try as well. I had the sampler and chose these beers... Katy Trail Pale Ale - It was good but not one of my favorites Oil Change Oatmeal ...

Thanks for the update Joe.
I was just going to ask where were some good places to check out on the way to St. Louis. We are planning a trip in a few weeks. This stop has made our itinerary and I can’t wait to try their selections!

Looking for mesh bag for partial mash...
I bought a couple of kits with what they call a Mini Mash (partial mash) but I forgot to get the nylon bag with the kit. I was planning on brewing this Monday, weather permitting. Does anyone have one I might borrow? Or, does anyone know if Wal-mart sells a large cheese cloth that is big enou...
