Lupulin Threshold Shift
lupulin threshold shift \lu·pu·lin thresh·old shift\ n
1. When a once extraordinarily hoppy beer now seems pedestrian.
2. The phenomenon a person has when craving more bitterness in beer.
3. The long-term exposure to extremely hoppy beers; if excessive or prolonged, a habitual dependence on hops will occur.
4. When a "Double IPA" just is not enough

Re: KCBM 2010
I'll list as LBG at our competition!
I was doing the mini-BOS for cat 19 and I got to try all of Chucks beers, they were all outstanding. I was really fighting for his silver medal winning beer to get the gold, if I would have known they were all his it would have been a lot easier. It is really amazing to sweep a category like that. Of course, 5 medals in 5 different categories is pretty awesome too, congrats Angelo!
My gold medal Gueze also won be the Belgian BOS. I'll bring a bottle to the next meeting.
