I'm thinking of a beer that has Rye, Carafa II, and an aggressive (140+IBU) hop schedule.
Low on the bitter roast malts, big citrus hops.
Thoughts?

Thoughts? I think you need a brew partner!
Life begins at 100. 100 IBUs, that is!

Any thoughts on malt or hop bill?
Re: Black Eye Rye (PA)
25% Rye, 60% pale/2 row, 5% CaraMunich 40, 5% carafa, +/- wheat or carafoam.
Nugget or Columbus bittering 1/2 60m, 1/2 30m; Cascade, Amarillo, Galaxy, Simcoe or Citra starting at 30 and then every 5 plus knock out.
Yeast?
