Tasting
This month’s tasting featured German Lagers. We sampled EKU Pils, a German pilsner, 5% ABV, sweet; Hofbrau Dunkel, a dark lager, 5.5% with caramel undertones; Rob Martin’s Munich Dunkel; and Ayinger Celebrator, a doppel-bock style, 6.7%. Angelo gave a short (by necessity!) history of German beers. Weihenstephan is the oldest brewery in the world, established in 768 and licensed in 1040.
Seminar
Tuck had us do a meet-n-greet to introduce ourselves and help us put a face to the forum handles.
Thanks to everyone who brought snacks!

And a special thank you to the gentleman who brought hop rhizomes to give away. This club attracts some serious class acts.
