SEMINAR
How to brew Imperial Stout
Imperial stouts are strong, dark beers with higher alcohol (8-12% ABV).
Flavors: Expect roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, and dark fruits.
These beers are meant for sipping and savoring slowly.
Malts: Use roasted barley, chocolate malt, caramel malt for richness.
Hops: Opt for Magnum or Centennial for bitterness.
Yeast: Strong ale yeast that can handle high alcohol.
Extras: Consider adding coffee or vanilla for depth.
