Dry straw/hay, touch of lemon, pear fruit ester undertones, noble hop bitterness in the finish. Mingles ale and lager characteristics, gentle fruit notes, crisp, clean and very drinkable.

2) Capital City Kolsch- Blind Tiger Brewery (Topeka, KS):
IBU:18
ABV: 4.6%
Tasting Notes:
Crystal clear, white head, floral aroma, carmel notes, sweet and malty, bready, very mild bitterness, crisp, smooth, light body, clean finish.

3)Paul Bacmchen’s Kolsch
OG:1.060
FG: 1.013
