Needed: tap and gas for keg of Guinness

I have a friend with a keg of Guinness and no way to dispense it.

Does anyone have a U-tap that fits Guinness/Harp kegs and/or a cylinder of beer gas that they would be willing to rent out?

I have a new 20# tank of beer gas, if that helps.
