1 1/4" hole in 1/16" thick stainless steel?

#1 Post by bike2brew » Wed Jun 27, 2007 8:15 am

I have a 1/16" thick stainless steel lid with a 1 1/8" diameter hole, but I would like to make it a 1 1/4" diameter hole. Anybody have any ideas on where I could take it to make this happen? Machine shop or whatever?

Thanks.

Let me look at my hole saws and see if i have the right one. Jarrell also has a set of unibits that would work too. How soon you need this done?

1. When a once extraordinarily hoppy beer now seems pedestrian.
2. The phenomenon a person has when craving more bitterness in beer.
3. The long-term exposure to extremely hoppy beers; if excessive or prolonged, a habitual dependence on hops will occur.
