Do you even sour bro? Check out this pellicle! This is my first sour and I'm pretty excited about it. It has been a little over a month since it was brewed and I am about to put it into secondary in an oak barrel. Has anyone else dabbled in the sour arts? If so, do you have any pictures of yours aging?
