Corona clone from Maifest

#1 Post by mcole » Wed Jun 20, 2007 11:38 am

I was wondering if whoever made the Corona clone that was served at Maifest would give me the recipe. The guys in Robs band just loved it. Dave the guitar player is getting married later this year and I would love to make some of it for the reception. Pm me or email if you would.

I bought the above kit and used the recommended white labs yeast with it from the ProShoppe in Olathe.

When I brew from kits I seem to come out with about 4 1/2 gallons so on this batch I went into primary with about 5 1/2 gallons to result in the lightest homebrew I've ever experienced.

Thanks so much. I will have to head over there and see what is all in the kit. Then breakout Beersmith and convert it. Do you remeber how much of what was in the kit. Would save me the trip to Olathe, if not no biggie. I just appreciate the starting point.
