I think the first step into getting things back into an organized state would be to define what officer is charged with what duty. Treasurer and Biermiester are pretty obvious in their duties, but to be honest, other than taking the notes in the meetings (which I lost last months and didn't attend this months) I have no idea what my duties are.
What the current administration has been talking about doing is getting the LBG charter in order, getting our not/non profit status in order and getting things redefined. We haven't achieved much of this in my opinion, but I also have not contributed to these points either, so I am not pointing blame at any single individual but to the entire administration.
I also believe that this hijacked thread is to continue in this direction, we need to move it to the Member Only section. No need to let the general public see our inner turmoil.
