If you haven't had the pleasure of reading the blog of The Mad Fermentationist (AKA Michael Tonsmeire), then you are missing out. So go there. http://madfermentationist.blogspot.com/

One of the recent posts was on some of his fellow beer geek friends starting their own blogs which include some great postings on funky brewing. He also linked to a friend of his who made a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4r9hCVYSt2Yof his new iPhone controlled brewery. The iPhone application interfaces with the BCS-460 Temperature Control System designed by Embedded Control Concepts. http://www.embeddedcontrolconcepts.com/index.html

Geek squared. Enjoy.

Oh my, I didn't need to see that controller... Makes an electric brewery even that more enticing!

His friend, the Dan guy nerd, that he links to from his home page use to be in the LBG a few years ago. A really trained palate, Dan also has a fantastic way of expressing nuances in flavor and pairing with food. His blog would be something to check in on from time to time.

Well, if you can't get any ideas on your brewery from that web sight, then I suggest you just call B3 and drop $4500!
