I will spare you the details, but I screwed up a step in brewing a batch today.
I think I can fix the problem if I can get ahold of a 7 - 10 gallon fermentation vessel.
I would need it for two to three weeks.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 60 Liter Spiedel that I am not using atm. But since you posted yesterday I have a feeling it's too late now.
