The seventh LBG-23rd Street Brewery collaboration beer recently went on tap! This year’s collaboration is an Australian sparkling ale. The beer is a pale ale brewed with Australian ale yeast and AU Galaxy hops. The yeast gives a bready, slightly estery flavor. It’s slightly hypercarbonated for a “spritzy” mouthfeel. Members involved were Mark Hutchinson, Josh Peterson, Steven Fritts and Rebecca Mosley. They were assisted by Head Brewer Tucker Craig and Assistant Brewer Victoria Gunderson.
