Have Friday Everyone!!
I would like to make a Dandelion Wine recipe from one of my favorite books by Ray Bradbury, but Devin and I were unsure which yeast would be best.

4 qts water
1/2 C lukewarm water
1 yeast cake
1 lb seeded raisins
3 lbs or 6C sugar
