Mugs for Juggs
Many LBG members attended and donated beer to the 11th annual Mugs for Juggs, hosted June 27 by members Kim and Andy Booth. The event raised $3,500 for Guardians of the Ribbon, the Kansas Pink Heals chapter.
June Meeting
The LBG met June 11 for its monthly meeting. Early and founding members were recognized, and Magpie’s Pastry provided 20th anniversary cakes. Biermeister Chris Stenger led a tasting/seminar discussion with Torn Label Brewing Co.
Pints for Pets
Many LBG members attended Pints for Pets, hosted by members Clint and Xan Wedel, on May 30 in Lawrence. The event raised $3,108 for the Lawrence Humane Society.
